Monthly Adventures

Since our move to Delaware, Jacob and I decided to plan a fun trip once a month. That way we would get to know the area.

In September.....

we visited Linvilla Orchard in Media, PA. Linvilla Orchards They have all sorts of fun for kids and grown ups. Depending on the season you pick your own apples, peaches, strawberries, etc. They also have hayrides, a huge playground area, farm animals you can feed, and a small market where everything is freshly made. When we went in September, they were getting ready Halloween.

In October....

we went to Sesame Place in Langhorne, PA! Sesame Place Theme Park That was Malachi's favorite place yet! They have rides, shows, places to eat, and Sesame friends to hang out with. We were able to see an "Elmo's World" show live. Say "Hi" to Cookie Monster. Enjoy rides like the "Merry-Go-Round" and "Elmo's Flying Fish." Go down BIG slides all by ourselves. And many more fun things!

In November...

we visited the Adventure Aquarium in Camden, NJ. It was really cold that day that we missed out on feeding the penguins and watching a seals show but overall it was a fun experience. We got to see the coolest tunnel with sharks all around, hippos, and met Scuba Santa.

December was our holiday trip to Utah!

In January...

two days before Hannah arrived we went to the Sixers vs. Phoenix Suns basketball game at the Wellsfargo Center. Jacob is a Steve Nash fan. I am too and maybe will be more if the trade for him to go back to the Mavericks comes through. Sad to say the Suns lost. But it was a fun game to watch. Malachi loves basketball. Jacob's wish come true. He pulls his basketball hoop to the living room when we're watching a game on TV and imitates the moves the players does. He also does that when Jacob is playing his PS3 NBA live game.

 {He ate that all by himself}

would love to take Lilly to the Elmo show. She's in that stage were she wants to watch Elmo and when she sees Elmo at the store she has to get it. It looks like you guys had a great time. How is the new little angel doing?

Aww she would love it there! Hannah is well. All she does is eat. :)- And we're still trying to get more than a 2-3 hour block sleep but working on it.

Um yes! I love Steve Nash! I think taking a monthly trip is an excellent idea. Even if it's a short weekend get away... I'm excited to see more posts on little Hannah though :)
