New Chef in the House

Since I came home from the hospital Jacob has taken most of the household responsibilities; cooking, Malachi (giving him a bath, taking him to the bathroom, putting him to sleep), shopping for groceries, cleaning, etc. I will have to say his cooking has been the most delicious and creative I have ever seen him. Here are a couple of examples.
 {Homemade frozen non-fat yogurt with granola, blackberries, strawberries, & blueberries}
 {Tilapia w/ tomatoes, onions, and lime juice with a side of spinach, zucchini, & mushrooms cooked in olive oil & balsamic vinegar}

Not only has his cooking been delicious but it has also been VERY healthy. He's also cooked lasagna with homemade marinara sauce, blueberry pancakes with ricotta cheese and a homemade blueberry syrup, fresh salads with homemade dressings and feta cheese, omelets for breakfast, and a variety of new sandwiches with different ingredients.

Malachi has also been of much help around the house.
 {He was folding his underwear and put away his clean clothes}
{He keeps an eye on his sister when mom has to get a diaper}
