So this past Sunday I was released from my Primary secretary calling and called as a YW adviser. It was a bittersweet feeling. I've really enjoyed working with the Primary and the leaders. They are great women who've been such a great example to me and have become good friends. Malachi just came into Primary this year and being able to see him interact during Sharing and Music Time has been a neat thing. But alas, I guess my work is needed somewhere else.
Don't get me wrong, I love working with the youth. I've worked with them for most of my married life. When I was given this calling, I was told that the leaders hoped that I could be the one to reach out to these girls since previous attempts had not worked. It's a big responsibility, but I know that my Heavenly Father is there to help. And most importantly, help them feel His love for them! :)
P.S. I will post pictures later of Hannah and Malachi. I would now but my camera is upstairs and I don't feel like getting it :)
