Saturday upon his request, we took him out miniature golfing and had dinner at this fancy place called Sofritos. It was an Italian grill restaurant where their pasta was freshly made. Pretty yummy!
| Hannah was a good sport and stayed in her stroller all 18 holes |
Dad got some pretty neat things...a couple of ties, business slacks, nice shoes, and my favorite a device he can hook up his iPhone too and listen to his daily First Take shows while cleaning the kitchen after dinner!
I made the famous Cafe Rio Pork Salad and let me tell ya, it was delicious. It was super close to taste and deliciousness. Here's the blog if you ever want to venture: Cafe Rio Pork Salad. Warning: It takes about 5-6 hours to make everything, rice, beans, guacamole, tortilla strips, dressing, and pork But it is definitely worth it!
He picked this out Saturday at Costco...chocolate mousse cake!
We had a good celebration at home and honored our hero and favorite dad at home! He definitely deserved it!!

Oh, how I miss Cafe Rio! Every time we visit Utah we got at least twice. :)
